Management Team

Frank G. Broniec

Chief Executive Officer

Frank joined the firm in 1990. He worked as an Auditor for several years on many accounts including Macy’s, Younkers, Chevron, Oryx Energy and Electrolux. In recent years, Frank has assumed responsibilities for the audit operations of the company and is active in the development and implementation of the company’s strategic direction. He has been involved in the development of the company’s training programs and related initiatives. He is presently the company’s Chief Executive Officer.

Prior to joining the firm, Frank served in the United States Marine Corps on the staffs of an infantry battalion and regiment as the communications officer for these units. Frank is a graduate of the University of Virginia.

Paul M. Broniec

Chief Financial Officer

Paul joined the firm in 1994 as the firm’s Accounts Payable Manager, and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer. He manages all financial and accounting responsibilities for the company, and is responsible for treasury functions and banking relationships.

Paul is a graduate of the University of Georgia, with a Degree in Business Administration.

Matthew Broniec

Director, MIS

Matt joined the firm 1999 as Manager of MIS, and was promoted to Director of MIS in 2003. He is responsible for directing a team of programmers and database specialists who create the various reports and digital files required for every audit. Matt earned two consecutive President’s Awards in 2001 and 2002 for his contributions to the company’s growth and success.

Prior to this Matt served as an infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps. Matt is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Krystina Trzaskowski

Director, Sales and Marketing

Krystina joined the firm in 2002 as Regional Sales Manager for the West Coast. During her tenure, she was responsible for the signing over 225 new contracts, some of which include Amgen, Univar, First American Title Company, WhiteWave and Ross Stores. In 2016, Krystina was promoted to Director, Sales and Marketing, with responsibility for developing and maintaining the company’s client business relationships, and will provide marketing support to Corporate management and Branch Managers.

Scott Levine

Vice President, Audit Development

Scott joined the firm in 2006 as Vice President of Audit Development. In this capacity, Scott has developed multiple audit tools for auditors to examine data, and has worked closely with clients to develop new audit techniques, analytical tools, and audit programs to assist in the overall effectiveness of the audit process. He has worked in the accounts payable recovery business for over a decade holding positions ranging from IT Director to Chief Financial Officer.

Scott is a graduate of Tulane University, with a Degree in Business Management.

Pam Ancil

Director, Human Resources

Pam joined the firm in 1997 as the first Manager of Human Resources and quickly updated and implemented all of the company’s Human Resources-related procedures and manuals. She has built the department to its present staff of three associates and oversees the hiring process and benefits programs for the company. Pam was promoted to Director of Human Resources in 2005 and has continued to serve in this position since.

Pam is a graduate of Eastern Gateway Community College in Steubenville, Ohio.

Bob Sheppard

Chief Technology Officer

Bob joined the firm in 1982 and has served in many different positions over his career with the company. He is currently the second-longest tenured associate of the firm. During his first eight years he worked in various auditor positions and managed key accounts such as Macy’s and The Gap. Since then, he has served in key leadership positions on the corporate staff. In his current position as Chief Technology Officer, he has overseen the continuous development of the Broniec Claims Systems (BCS), and other technology upgrades. In addition, Bob oversees the Final Report process.

Bob is a graduate of the University of Georgia, with a Masters in Business Administration.

Timothy K. Stewart

Vice President and Regional Operations Manager

Tim began his career with Broniec Associates in 1987 as a Staff Auditor in the Atlanta office.  He was promoted to Charlotte Branch Manager in 1990.  After spending five years as a Consultant and Manager with Accenture LLP, Tim returned to Broniec Associates in 2002 in the role of Quality Assurance Manager, where he was responsible for ensuring client satisfaction with the firm’s audit and management reporting services.

Tim was promoted in 2004 to his current role of VP & Regional Operations Manager with the overall responsibility for the Atlanta, Baltimore/Washington, Boston, Charlotte, Cincinnati, Philadelphia and South Florida offices.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.

Jerard P. Rowan, CPA

Vice President and Regional Operations Manager

Jerry joined the firm in 2001 as our Cleveland Branch Manager. He is a two time Pinnacle Award recipient, recognized for his commitment, leadership, and performance. In 2016, he was promoted to Vice President & Regional Operations Manager for Region Three, with responsibility over the Cleveland, Dallas, Detroit, Minneapolis, Seattle, and Toronto Branch Offices.

Jerry is a graduate of Kent State University, with a Degree in Accounting.

Jim McNeill

Vice President and Regional Operations Manager

Jim joined the firm in 1986 and currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations. With over 30 years of experience, Jim has expertise managing accounts payable recovery audits in the pharmaceutical, entertainment, retail, and manufacturing industries. Jim also has significant experience with international payables, including coordination of audits of shared service centers located in Asia and Europe. Jim’s strong knowledge of all related aspects of accounts payable recovery auditing include sales and use tax, VAT tax, pricing, contract and compliance, unclaimed property, debit balance recovery, P-card, and freight.

Jim is responsible for audit performance and development in key markets of Los Angeles, New York City, Chicago, and Houston, as well as growing markets in central Texas and Southern California.
